Minimum order quantities

Typical minimum order is one pallet per shipment, with per-product minimums by the carton. Mixed pallets are available so you can stock a range of products in a single order.

Packaging options

Products ship in retail-ready packs (jars, pouches and bags) packed into export cartons. Multilingual labelling (including English and German) is available for European markets, and private-label packaging can be arranged.

Pallet & container quantities

Orders scale from single pallets (LCL / groupage) up to full 20ft and 40ft container loads (FCL). We advise on the most cost-effective option for your volume and destination.

Estimated delivery times

Sea freight typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on destination port; air freight is available for urgent or sample orders. Lead times are confirmed on every quote.

Shipping methods

Sea freight (FCL / LCL) and air freight, delivered to your nearest port or, where arranged, to your warehouse door.

Export documents

We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any product or phytosanitary documentation required for customs clearance in your country.

Payment terms

Terms are agreed per order and typically involve a deposit with balance before shipment. We confirm exact terms and accepted payment methods on your quote.

Private-label options

Stock proven Ghanaian recipes under your own brand. We offer flexible private-label and OEM packaging — ask us about minimums and artwork.
